I'm not hungry, but I am not satisfied either, so it's a struggle to resist eating to soothe that sense of unfulfillment. My life feels like a mess right now. I feel lonely and discouraged and aimless. I don't know how long I can hold out, but I guess at least I am trying to resist right now.

I'm sorry your going threw a tough time. Eating healthy and exercising can help with the stress. The better you feel about yourself, the more able you will be able to take the steps you need to get yourself in to a better place. Things will get better.
