I've struggled lately staying on track with my diet. I quit smoking in August and since then I want to snack on everything in sight, just ravenously hungry 😩
89.6 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try snacking on vegitables. Celery sticks give your hands something to do, but adds no calories. If you can find an activity that you can do to distract yourself may help.

I went through that too but my doctor said that was okay because quitting smoking trumps everything else. Congratulations. Stick with it!!!!!!
