Today is another day... .. .
Yesterday, me and my boyfriend were supposed to start the workout, however, I told him to make a playlist for the workout. Since my computer had an issue & songs were all misplaced it took him over than 2 hours and nothing was done, computer not so fixed, playlist far from being done and workout skipped... .. . not his fault, fixing computers sucks!

I, on my side, worked on his laptop during that time. Made a quite good research about some exercises that I can do at home. I searched for names of body parts and exercises that I have to do to work on that particular body part, that way I know the names of most exercises I will be doing... Great!
During the research I created a workout spreadsheet based on our needs.
It looks pretty good, I just need to finish it up today by adding the names of the chosen exercises.


Weight is same as yesterday, it's OK.
Food... I crave food all the time but I somehow always manage to feel bad bad bad if I want to eat more than I should... so I don't do it. I keep my calories lower and have lots of room calorie wise every day, and that way I feel safe. I am not necessarely hungry, I just think of food... it's my mind and I won't let it win! I will have a snack, cookie, or something sweet almost every day, but that doesn't kill me... I will pay for it by having a small breakfast, small lunch and small diner... so I can eat my snack safely... it's crazy, but it works!

I feel good... good ...gooddddd! :)

LOL! regarding the computer. Excellent job doing the research on good exercises, I too spend a lot of time with this. Putting it together is not as easy as one would imagine. Yoga cannot be over emphasized. I like that you don't eat because you are aware that you will feel bad, bad, bad; and, because of that, you just stop. Quite often I do not stop. Even knowing that I will feel bad, bad, bad. Why? That's going to be a subject for my meditation today. :-) Weight, check. Interesting comment about not letting your mind win, because you know that you are more than just your mind. I'm so happy you feel "good... good ...gooddddd!" and I can repeat that same line to you. Insofar as today's avatar is concerned, there is no doubt at all that your are part angel and part devil (maybe 25% angel and 25% devil ;-) ). I really enjoyed your post today but, be an angel now, and bring back my beautiful mirej (the kitten in the first picture). ;-)

LOL, not for the computer issues but for your post to me. That is a total of 50% ...what's the other 50% human? lol It's interesting... in the morning I will have 1/2 portion of cereals, thats like 15g.. and about 100ml of 1% milk... lol... that's like less than 100 kcal all together... I really try hard sometimes... the good part, once I am done with the cereals I am full :))))) Beautiful. Good luck while meditating today, let me know if you figure out the answer on that question 'why'! It takes some time to put everything together, but that is why I feel good today, I am excited and can't wait to get home.. and finish my workout sheet and do the exercises (a lot of them will be new)! Lol... when do I get to see your profile pic change? Do it just for 1 day... if nothing else.. I am curious! :) I will see, I don't know yet which side of ME will win today... on that will depend the next avatar ... .. . (=
