I have cut out chips and processed foods and started eating more meat, veg and complex carbs. For me that's resulted in a weight gain but body is looking much better. I do believe there is healthy weight and unhealthy weight. I only eat cheese 4 times a week, and chocolate with nuts in small amounts. I do however drink more fruit juices and cola, which I'm looking to change now.
