I have no idea how I am going to eat 44 points each day...that is a lot of food!! I am trying not to think of food all day long there is nothing worse than that.
Blister on the back of my heel still hurts like heck, but I am detemined to slap some mole skin on that sucker and go out walking today....even in the rain.
It's kind of therapeutic to write things down..

I've found that since I've joined WW, I'm MORE obsessed with food than I was before I joined! Tracking, how many points does this have, journaling, longer to prepare meals, taking longer to eat meals... seems that food is all that's on the brain somedays.

Points go fast. As you lose the weight, you will lose the points to. If you are getting in your daily dairy, protein, fruits, veggies and oil, you shouldn't have a lot of points left over. You can also use more full fat items instead of "diet" type items. You will be fine.

Take a look at the books that they give out at meetings, because there are a lot of suggestions in there. Get a regular schedule of stuff to eat to fill your points, and then the only thing you have to worry about is the things that aren't on your list. I have some items that I get at the fast food places too, that I know their points - makes it much easier, and you will get better at keeping track. Think about tying your shoe: when you first learned, you focused on doing it - now do you have to think about it? Practice makes perfect!
