My problem is, I can't stay consistent with my calorie intake, lucky I'm on a bulk and only really need to track my protein intake. But after 1 month of bulking I'm going back to my calorie deficit of 1500kcals.
What's everyone's number 1 struggle on their health journey? 😂

The thing they don't tell you about exercise is to actually make it constant, you need to make it fit into your life style, for example weights at home means when your watching your favorite tv show you can just go for it.

It’s amazing how quickly calories add up in liquids

Patience, persistence and perseverance, just keep going, agree about exercise whatever you enjoy, my challenge is I have had about 5weeks off the gym post COVID and find going back to the gym a bit daunting, I find my biggest challenge is navigating the personalities, it’s a quirky place, egos, etc

Being consistent with intake Number 1 challenge. Not letting small gains in weight deflate my sails.

Yep hear you the intake can be a challenge i would encourage you not to get too hung up on the scales rather lay down a pattern of diet and excercise and stick to it progress not perfection

I’m only 6 days in. My struggle is knowing what to make that’s easy, tasty and doesn’t make me hungry 1.5 hours later while also sticking to my intake. I have kids so what they will eat and what works for me is radically different
