Something is wrong with my body :(((... For a week now I quit on bread, 2 l pepsi per day plus sun flower seeds and even so I did not lose to much... I kept diet, eat only healthy food... I feel sick because of caffeine and sugar withdrawal, symptoms like flu, muscle pain, sleepiness, anxiety, irritability etc... Probably the age does not help me as much as before, I'll be 43 in a couple of days... The best diet for me is the dissociated diet per days, I am losing lots of weight, but is not very healthy to deprive the body each day from proteins or vitamins etc... Hope soon I will feel better and start losing weight...
