hey everyone! i took my day off from the gym yesterday and of course i ate bad! my grandparents sent me a package and of course i had to eat some of it. i didnt really eat anything too bad i just ate too much of it. they sent me some cashews and i ate like 3 hand fulls!:( they sent some dried mango too and those are sooooooo good. i gave them away but i ate about 5 handfuls before i got rid of them. oh well. today will be a better day. it is a beautiful morning here in iraq. i ran outside and it was really refreshing. i like to switch my workouts from the gym to outside once or twice a week. it is nice to have some change. i am going to run to the pool this afternoon and try to get some sun. that always makes me feel good, to have a nice tan!

You are doing the right thing (no wonder you are so close to your goals)nuts,dried fruit, running, changing routine. These things are all part of a healthy life style not just a DIET. Great examples. ~Tracie~
