so today was pretty good. I woke up early and bathed the kids and took my own shower before my pilates class. I wanted to take the kids to see a play (pipi longstockings) It started at 10 am so we had to be on the ball. The theater was 30 min away and my pilates class is from 8 to 9. The tickets were only 5 dollars each and the kids really liked it. I had no time for breakfast. I can NOT eat before pilates.. I think I might puke. So when I got home I gobbled up a chobani while the kids put their shoes on. then we were off. We got back home at like 1220 and I had a HUGE LUNCH casue I was so hungry then we took a nap and the kids had their last swim class. So there was more rushing around and I had no time for a snack.. and I ate a HUGE DINNER. I know I did not go over on calories.. but it feels weird to really just have two huge meals as apposed to my many smaller meals. So while I have not failed.. I feel really weird about today. Just strange. :P

I have this happen sometimes too. When you sit there after the huge meal and feel super full, you feel a little guilty, but when you look at your intake for the day it's all good. It does feel strange. Same thing when I eat at 8:00 at night because of working out. I go to bed full, but still lose weight. Kinda crazy! The play sounds fun! My kids love going to plays too. Sounds like your schedule is super packed right now. Try to take some time to slow down a little when your schedule allows. Too much running leads to bad choices - we both know all too well!!! :)
