Morning all hope you all have had a good weekend .
I’ve not been around much as my new job is 9-5 and have to drop the little ones to school and pick them up from the childminder .
My sister is still up and down and has now been confirmed stage 3 cancer in her bones her cervix’s and kidney and side .
Anyone using slim fast shakes what do you use to make them I’m currently using milk but it’s so thick I’m struggling to drink it and that milk after taste isn’t the one for me .
