Today is a really cold, meh kinda day. I prepared some spicy/sour veggie soup for lunch and after work. I could barely sleep tonight for whatever reason and I am so not looking forward to working later :/ But yeah, I just try to remain positive, listen to some music and plan the next few days.

Don't know about you, but I'm pretty excited for 'soup' weather and yours sounds pretty yummy! Music is a good motivator -- hope you get a chance after work to catch up on sleep . . .

@redgirl1974 it literally takes only about 10 minutes to make! Just throw some veggies (my favorite ones are green beans, broccoli and spinach) in a pot with two tomatoes, squeeze in a lemon, add some vegetable broth powder/cubes and a few hot peppers! :) *also great for people eating on a budget. Frozen veggies are super cheap!

I had soup for lunch myself--some tortilla soup from the freezer. I love soup weather. Your veggie soup sounds tasty.
