Ran 4 miles 70 sit ups
leg work outs with weights

Breakfast:
veggie omlet
1 slice ham, 1 turkey sausage link
pear
Lunch:
1 whole wheat tortilla
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp sugar free strawberry jam
Ran 2.5 miles

Snack:
Tuna
Dinner:
Chicken curry
2 thin slices turkey
cauliflour

Much better than yesterday! someone sent us a whole box full of girl scout cookies! i wont give in but i bet they are so freakin good!
