STUPID CARB BINGE last night. Once again, I knew I was doing it and couldn't stop once I got going. I will have to work the rest of the week to pull my sugar numbers back in line.
I am more frustrate with the impact on my diabetes than on my weight.
Y'all do better than me and have a great rest of week and weekend.
