I haven't been logging or exercising for about 2 or 3 weeks now. Busy at work, at home, getting kids ready for back to school, taking care of dad, finishing 2 rooms in our addition, travel for work, so much stuff, no time for me! Gain of 2.8 pounds - could have been worse! Getting back to my plan starting today! :) Taking the time this morning to log my food plan for today - feel like a good way to begin anew.
