Feeling good today :)
To all the people struggling with binge eating: try planning your meal in advance, or prepare it the day before. Have a sugar-free candy while you cook, in case you tend to start eating while you cook and brush your teeth after you had your meal. Don't promise yourself that "today is the last day" and continue your binge once you've started, you can still have cookies tomorrow. Maybe not a whole package. But you can still treat yourself everyday.

Good advice! I would add, dole out one 'true' serving of a typical binge food (be it salty or sweet) onto a plate or into a bowl and then immediately put the package away -- start training yourself to eat just one serving.

didn't think of that, since I don't have any "binge foods". Whenever I binge I just have all the things that can't run away fast enough^^ Thank you for the additional advice!
