Yesterday was an epic fail... had 4 slices of bread , Spagetti bolognaise and lemon cream cookies, heavy carb loading. Today is a fasting day, just had coffee so far. Just want to break the 70kg barrier before middle November.

I'm also fasting today :) My fasting has evolved to no-food-fasting. Make cabbage your best friend on your fast days since its just 33 calories per cup :D
