I started 1,400 calories or less about 2 months ago based on calculation from our Naturopathic Physician. Losing weight is always slow for me, but I'm determined this time and trying to lose the weight and keep it off. Also trying to adhere to a low carb diet. I've lost about 15 lbs so far with about 40 more to go!
