Well it if finally Friday. Yesterday eating was still over 1500 but at least I am keeping track of it and trying to eat smarter. I finished off the bag of kettle chips and will have to find a healthier option for when I come home from work. I bought Envy apples and mandarin oranges at the store last week and have ate a couple of the mandarins and only one apple. I need to make a bigger effort to eat an apple. Stay strong.
