Went out of town for two days and tried to choose good things to eat. I think it worked I stayed within my calorie limits. At one restaurant, I pushed the dumplings and some meatloaf aside. Restaurants do have healthy and good things on their menus, we just have to think how much better we'll feel if we eat something low fat. Yesterday I just had "brunch" and "linner".

Also, although Trail Mix has good proteins and fats, I'm going to mark it off my list and stick to dried fruit or something. Too many calories in it to burn.
