Gained another lb. Maybe set my carb cut off at 50. have to find the right one for me.

I did fit into a pair of jeans comfortably that had been tight this morning. That made me feel better. Small things. That is what I tell myself. Small things.

Yes, I started going back down again. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I didn't notice the question. I am still trying to get used to this carb thing. I am beginning to think it is also what kind of carbs you eat. Trying to increase my vegetables more lately and see how that affects me.
