I'm guessing at my weight today. Didn't even bother weighing myself because I honestly don't want to be so pissed off at myself that I get discouraged and give up. So.....I tried to start my day off right by drinking a protein smoothie, doing a 20-minute (or so) tabata butt & abs cardio workout, and drinking a different shake. I really need to stay off the carbs and sugar. I've been horrible about it these last two months. And because of that, I screwed myself over. What was a 10-15lb. goal weight is now a 25lb. goal weight....and I'm already feeling pretty discouraged about it. :(
