I had two of these mamajamahas. Its a poached egg with cheddar cheese and spinach on a hawain roll leftover from the holiday. The kids are eating breakfast pizza for dinner. Ive been trying to focus my energy on cleaning up when I get home as much I can.

Oh how I miss Hawaiian Rolls. They are THE BEST tasting rolls, to me. I have to be careful of carbs like that due to my diabetes. But, the egg 🥚, cheese 🧀, and spinach 🌱 combo sound great!

That's awesome....love all the greenery. I have a pack of 4 of those rolls my friend brought me with my care package for Thanksgiving.

I know Storms, for me it's the auger because I drink lattes so I get a lot more sugar than I need because of the milk intake. But I console myself that I only need them typically twice a year once it Thanksgiving time once at Christmas time. Normally I don't have so many left over because I have a ham and the family chows down. But this year ham was not on sale unfortunately only turkey. Personally I'm not a turkey fan but I'm not going to do damn cheat meat regardless of my preferences and you can't snub one's nose at meat when it's .70 cents a pound or less. We bought two this year granted we don't cook them whole we chop them up into parts and cook them in pieces. As result I have too many Hawaiian rolls hanging about that are about to go bad cuz I caught the sale about two packs >< and apparently I like them better than others.

Brenda, I have a tendency to put spinach on everything it doesn't hurt that I always seem to need the magnesium so it doesn't seem like a bad thing to add extra. Also I keep finding the big packs on sale so since the big pack's only $3.50 it doesn't seem like such a bad price for extra nutrients. And spinach doesn't seem to go bad very quickly so as long as I put it in the right part of the fridge it seems to stay around forever even if I forget it for a few days.😁
