ran 5.7 miles
70 sit ups
50 push ups

Breakfast:
veggie omlet
2 slices canadian bacon
Snack:
Pear
Lunch:
1 whole wheat tortilla
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sugar free jelly
Snack:
tuna
Spin class 30 minutes
lifted weights w/ arms 30 minutes
squats and lunges b/t reps
Dinner:
chicken salad
1 tbsp ranch dressing

today was an awesome day! i am really liking my PB&J tortillas! they are really good. i had to get my mom to send me the whole wheat tortillas in the mail b/c they dont have whole wheat anything here. i have two more left and then i wont be able to have another PB&J until i get home. i feel bad when i eat them b/c that is the first time i have had any kind of bread since the beginning of january, so i kind of feel like i am cheating but i am not. WIERD! i have been trying to eat less while i eat those b/c i am scared i might gain a pound. hopefully not. i made some sugar free fat free pudding from the box and it was so good! so i will get to snack on that for the next few days. YAY! i hope everyone can enjoy the food they are eating as well as i am and have a wonderful day!

I'm getting jealous of your strength :)ha ha...you are so focused! I can barely do 20 sit ups and 10 push ups...lol.. But you and an inspiration. Keep it up and you will never have a weight problem. (I also like your PB&J tortilla idea.:))

I was thinking the same thing as Merie, you are a power house (Powerhouse in a good way) 5.7 miles is a long way we have an old airport that is called the island her in AZ and it is just under 4 miles and after I'm done running that I am really done, I don't want to do anything but sit in my car.
