I need advice. I am concerned I'm not getting enough calories everyday.
I am genuinely not hungry tho!
What I eat:
I have either egg white + turkey on wheat, abs diet smoothie, steelcut oatmeal w blueberries + walnuts or greek yogurt w berries for b'fast each morning (usually w a cup of coffee), soup w salad for lunch and apple w peanut butter for afternoon snack. Then, a healthy, protein oriented dinner along with almonds in the evening, if the urge hits. Despite all the food, I'm averaging just under 900 calories per day. According to my height + weight, etc., I should be shooting for at least 1200.
I'm concerned because I keep reading not getting enough calories causes binge eating at some point and / or metabolism slow down. (I exercise 3x - 5x a week so that may balance the metabolism.) I also hear it may make weight gain easy to return after I reach my goal weight.
What to do?
