I’ve come to a conclusion I’ll never lose weight again just gain! In the last 5 years I’ve gained 50 pounds..doctors and specialists say I’m fine minus being fat as hell. I’m 42 I’m pretty sure the Premenopause is kicking in..I don’t drink if I do 3 drinks per month, I eat out once a week, I grill everything I make at home, weigh, measure etc..I do my best to stay at 1500 calories some days I’ll eat more because I’m hungry. I try to eat 140grams of protein per day. I literally just give up..this so stressful and makes me very depressed..I just needed to vent
