I'm glad to be back home from Gatlinburg, TN. I didn't care for the beds at the hotel I stayed at. They really hurt my back. But it was what I needed them for. I stayed in Gatlinburg for a couple of days. It's good to be home. I was able to stick to my diet while on vacation. But I will say I had a lot of carbs on it too. So, with Thanksgiving out of the way and vacation, I am sticking straight to it. It really sucked that I had to eat unhealthy for a few days, but now, I can get back into the routine and work off the weight that I had gained. To which I don't know 'til I get a scale of my own. And that will be sometime this coming up week. I plan on getting the dial scales since those are more accurate than the digital. I have had bad luck with the digital, and I am going old school to using the dial scales. I know that all scales are different, so, I will use it with caution and try to get my accurate weight on it.
