My training is going well. I kind of overtrained so I am taking a day off of any exercise today. I am watching my calories today since I am not active at all. I went shopping in the morning and cooked a delicious meal for dinner tonight. I need to pick up my friends at the airport later and that's about it for today. I am back to work tomorrow. Hopefully, I will be able to stay on track with my diet and exercise.
