My workout routine consists of walking and doing the spin bike. I don't like to do the hardcore workouts when I am so big. I wish that I could do those, but that's a one day thing. One of these days I will get to working out and do all the things that I couldn't do before. I hope that I can anyway. I had done the walking so far, and this evening I will do the spin bike. I can't fathom how much I weigh, but I can tell I gained because of my clothes. They actually are getting tight around the waistline. And I don't like that. So, I am working out harder to try to get back down to what I was, or even smaller than that. I am going to try to get the weight off, and hopefully I can within the next few weeks or so. I am trying to get it off. And hopefully at the end of the month, I will be below 270lbs. That's what I am shooting for anyway.
