Yay!
I am struggling to lose these few pounds at a time. But at least something is coming off. I'm trying not to be discouraged, but it's getting harder by the week. Induction is so restrictive and the payoff is supposed to be faster weight loss, but the only thing I seem to be losing is my faith in the program. I even stopped drinking the diet root beer to see if that was the problem. I increased the veggies...A LOT! The only bread product I eat is the low-carb tortilla I eat with my eggs in the morning. I'm at a loss. My next move may be to just ease into OWL. It makes no sense to restrict my diet so much when I don't have cravings to begin with and I don't have a lot to lose anyway. It's just frustrating.
