Back to work today... all is good. I am busy, but happy and healthy.
Kept the lowest weight, looks good, but I am afraid it will go up again... and that's the way it goes... so far so good... my 2nd goal will def. be achieved probably sooner than I thought it will be. (=

Awww.. am I such a big winner! :) I didn't even think of it that way, but you're right! That's why I am happy! I am having a snack and proud to say it's carrots & broccoli and fat free sour cream... yummi... and me who was thinking of having a carrot cake.. lol..

Proud, yes. Yummmi... applied to carrots, broccoli and fat free sour cream must mean that you are moving into an advanced state. ;-)

haha what French technique :P there is nothing French in there... I had some bad sweets tonight... but I still eat well for the rest.. oh well. After measuring my body fat... it's not catastrophic! So... I am waiting to see the weigh-in for tomorrow morning... hm hmm... :S

OK, I see it: lots of perfectly steamed broccoli and carrots, with the fat free sour cream as a dip. I can see that, yes it's good. I would have used butter and considered the extra calories well spent. Or maybe you are having it raw.

It was raw.... and I added some salt in sour cream which was definitely used as a dip. You should try it, it's still good and very healthy. I am trying to eat raw veggies to keep all the nutrients.. so yea.. =)

Hi! I'm sooo glad to see you're happy and healthy lol!!! how did you figure out your body fat percentage? did you do the caliper thing at your doctor appointment?
