شوفان ولبن وشوكليت شيبس وموز ورشه قرفه وعسل
بنخلي اللبن يدوب يغطي الشوفان ويتحط ع النار يتقلب لحد لما يتشرب اللبن او ف الميكروف لمده دقيقه و ميطلع نزود مياه دافيه او لبن حسب الرغبه ونقلبه كويس والف هنا
