The entire day and night were bad. I wish I would have done something more positive with my feelings, like work out really hard. All I could do was sluff along and shop. The only thing I bought myself was popcorn and soda. Not even diet at that.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
