Had a picnic dinner last night - hotdogs, baked beans, and chips. Carb and processed food overload, but i ate very well other than dinner.. today, i had a whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese and a hard boiled egg. We'll see how things go today. Must get a salad and fish for lunch!
