I'm so sorry sweetie that's very disappointed I understand how rare it is to get new clothes and how upsetting that can be. there's still time before Christmas is there any way to get one in a different size and send that one back? Or perhaps could you go to a seamstress and see if she can release the seams or alter it in some way? I like a lot of outfits that are in Asian make so often times I have to be very careful even though the sizing guide says it's one size it's not so I do understand your conundrum. 

more than likely just the way it is made and the fabric even with jeans I can wear a size 24 on couple different pair and then another pair won't fit too small so don't get upset over it and I would just try and get better fabric because most clothes are not true to their size on the tag, perfect example my hubby wears a medium t-shirt and some t-shirts a large at most this morning I had a coat that I wanted him to try on it said Extra large he's like it won't fit me it be too big and he tried it on and it was a little bit big but I think it fit him just right with a little wiggle room in it. 

I think that’s where these came from. I have another one I can wear, I just wanted something a little different. I have half a mind to keep them and see if I can fit into them next year but then I won’t get my money back.

I agree with Leah. I order from Walmart (which has beautiful clothes in plus size at a budget price). And I never order the clothes until after I had read the full description of sizing. The Asian clothing seems to run small. I ordered a 3xl bra, and had to return it, and order a 6xl to get a fit. - I'm sure you will make a good decision of how to handle the beautiful dress situation. Happy Holidays. 

When my mom started recently ordering from temu and it's sizing is really strange even things that should fit and she's using a sizing guide just seem to fit oddly. The toddler clothes fit wonderfully. But everything she tried to get for Ayla my preteen is fit very frumpy 🤷😔.
