Well I kept complaining to myself that I was at a standstill and not losing anything, not gaining either which is important but nonetheless I was not losing like I wanted. After self analyzing have to admit that its my own fault. Tried to blame mother nature, but she's run her course so cant blame it on that. Realized that even though I have been counting calories like crazy and only allowing 1300 per day, I was in fact not exercising like I should. Yes there's housework and chasing after my 1 yr old but seems like thats not quite enough. So today started my new routine. After dropping my 5 yr old at the bus stop, continued walking for about 1.19 miles. Plan on doing the same when I pick him up in the afternoon. Even if this doesnt jump start my weight loss at least it gets my 1 yr old tired by the time we get back. lol...
