My goal for the next few weeks is to work on my abs. My stomach is getting smaller and I would love to see some definition in it. My lower body really needs to be worked on as well. It looks like I got my work cut out for me. I love the body shape that I got. And I am hoping that others will start to notice too. They're already complimenting me on how much I had lost so far. But, once I get going, there's no stopping. Plus, I was wanting to do something about the baggy skin that's loose on me. Those are very irritating. And disgusting. So, I am working out to try to get rid of as much of it as possible. I don't like it as much as worrying about what others would say about it. My goal overall is to workout on myself as much as possible to get in shape. Hopefully I can get rid of my stomach fat too in the process

Sounds like a solid plan Morgan! If there is one piece of advice I would offer to any young woman it's this......What other people think of you is none of your business!!! I wish I had learned it earlier, by the time you are in your 50's you will understand how much time and effort you spent needlessly trying to improve other people's opinions of you. It's pointless, if they don't like you...they will always find some fault with you. If they like you...they like you just the way you are as long as you are happy. So you end up beating your head against the wall for people who don't matter and don't care and the ones who like you can't figure out why you keep trying so hard to impress people who don't care. Do what you do for you, because you are worth it! Nobody else matters when it comes to improving your health.
