I'm still not pleased with losing only one pound. I plan on taking it to another level. I had been exercising every day, so, it shouldn't be a problem. I have been eating some days splurging on healthier things like apples or yogurts. I guess between that and a thing of M&Ms are to blame for the weight gain. But a loss is a loss. I hope that within the next week or two I can lose around 5lbs. My goal is to be around 275lbs by then.

One pound is still a great loss Morgan, every drop counts be it small or large! You are doing great and have so much determination. Those pesky M&M's can do me in, in a heartbeat. I want an M&M detector on my front door.....they seem to hitch-hike into the house in my Hubby's snack bags!
