@Myan You have to go to the website (not the app). If you use your phone, you can Google "fatsecret desktop version". It should be the first link listed. From there, look for "find challenges" on the right of the screen. Then, look for "JUST LIFT! #2". Click on it. You should be good to figure out the rest from there. 👍

Yeah I didn’t even know about this desktop version so different than my phone and iPad. Thank you! Does it show up anywhere when you have lifted or do you just add it to your journal?

@Myan You're welcome. I don't do the desktop version often, I'm lazy like that...lol. Too much zooming in & out on the phone...lol. I post an update topic daily. Some like to comment there about what they've done for the day & some don't. There is a weekly report that you can check off on the mini goals. You can post on your feed, if you'd like. The way you report, if at all, is entirely up to you. You don't have to be accountable to me or anyone else, just be true to yourself.

@Myan Some of us also use the HEVY app to track progress. It is a very helpful strength training app with a community. If you decided to download it, look me up. Same username as here.

Thank you so much! Just opened the app, I believe I found you. Trying to figure out things on it. Do you have the pro? I don’t go to the gym I do all my workouts at home or the senior center.

That is cool synced my Apple Watch I do circuit training class m-w-f I guess I can put that as a new routine? Of anything it’s an added motivation love it thank you!

@Myan No I don't have Pro. You can add whatever 4 routines you like for free. To add more, you have to get pro. Glad you like it! I'll check in there soon.

@Myan Oh! ...and Hevy also lists body weight movements to choose from, or you can create your own.
