You could always a walk. It has the benefit of centering your mind and soul on top of the calories you’ll burn. Whether you take a walk or not, it’s best to not beat yourself up for going over your RDI. This is about the journey and not the destination

I did do that. I did walking DVD. It's what I had been doing to lose weight. But I still do beat myself up at times

I’ve had my share of those days this holiday season tomorrow is a new day😊you go this don’t ever let one day or a couple days bring you down. It’s a journey not a race that’s what I keep getting told😊

You have to treat yourself/splurge on occasion.

sometimes that Little Caesars hits so good. going over your RDI isn't the end of the world. the important thing is still logging your food, even the binges and cheats, and keeping track. everyone slips up sometimes, the important thing is to keep going :)

I have splurge days occasionally, too. A must, in the long haul. You can always get back on track. You are looking GREAT! Congratulations on 67 pound weight loss. Glad you are feeling better! That’s the main prize!

Of course you can. But next time enjoy it without a side order of guilt.

It's all a budget, overall IMO. And just like there are days you'll splurge on a household budget, there are days you'll splurge on a caloric budget. Enjoy it without the guilt, but knowing it's not an everyday thing. Remember, it's not about what you eat 5% of the time, but what you eat the other 95% And yes...tracking makes you realize just how many calories some foods have 😳 Had I been tracking my office holiday party mac and cheese consumption this week, I might have moderated better
