As always I’ve been confused by what my actively level
Should be on this app, I just switched to low active and it told me 2000 calories per day!!! 😳
I found this on a website? Any thoughts on this? I normally get 8,000 steps per day but when I get a walk in well over 10,000 steps, I had my calorie intake set to 1500 before today
Sedentary: Less than 5,000 steps daily
Low active: About 5,000 to 7,499 steps daily
Somewhat active: About 7,500 to 9,999 steps daily
