Feeling good today! Started the day off by having lost a little over a pound. Yesterday walked in the morning and & afternoon for a total of 2.31 miles. The real accomplishment was walking again today. I can usually do the first day with no problem, but then I tend to make excuses the 2nd day. So not only did I stick it out and walk the 2nd day but I even increased it to 3.12 miles. Who knows what tomorrow has in store :)
