Today I made THE MOST DELICIOUS carrot pancakes I’ve ever seen.(They were also first I tried in my life, but that’s not the point)
Here is the recipe. - two eggs - 60 g of carrot - 60 g of apple - 60 g of oatmeal - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Sugar, if you want.
Blend everything together and fry(it’s possible without oil)
(I used more carrot, and less outmeal(43 g in one pack, I just used it), and it was good)
Portion was for 30 small pancakes. Around 13-14 calories per one!!
Also I recommend to eat them with greek/vanilla yogurt, which ever you like. After 10 of them and 50 g of yogurt I was quite full.
