Today, I ate a bit more than I planned, but that's okay. What matters is that I'm happy, didn't binge and if possible, am in a caloric deficit at the end of the week. The 67 kg feel a lot better on the way down that on the way up, definetely will upload some pictures when I find a full body mirror :)
