am yoga with friend. then was really bad yesterday. celebrated deck completion. malbec, cheese, lots of rice crackers, dogs & beans for dinner, way too much ic later. pm yoga. wide awake until 430am, had napped in chair earlier.
58.7 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
