..do you have any advises how to stop eating sweets and pastries??I know they are not that bad, but when I’m on calorie deficit I feel I’m spending more than half calories on sweets(it still works tho)

Are you keeping them in the house? If so, I would suggest not having any super accessible to you.

Substitute fresh fruit or dates to curb your sweet tooth or keeping yummy teas around helps too, over time your sweet cravings should decrease
