my dietitian advised me to take a teaspoon of coconut oil unrefined coconut oil with each meal to help with carbohydrate cravings. I hope it works. This cold weather has been killing me. I feel so compelled to eat carbs I’m OK during the day but right before I go to bed, I end up having a bunch of crackers or something.
