I only binged 3 times this month! I’m really proud of myself as I usually would binge every 2-3 days. Even though I wasn’t in a deficit very much I’m just happy I’m doing better not binging. I’ll weigh myself tomorrow but I don’t expect much of a loss cuz of that

I still binge sometimes they just look different now. I reach for peppers and carrots, small amounts of organic dark chocolate, Skyr and Greek yogurt- big difference from the hinges of straight candy bars, pizza and McDonald
