Paketbote's Journal, 30 Oct 15

After a long party night (which I haven't had many of so far) I made a really good decision tonight. I thought of ordering pizza, but remembered I still had coconut milk sitting in my pantry. I made a vegan curry with chickpeas (I always have frozen veggies at home). Very happy about that :)

green beans, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and a soup vegetable mix with carrots and some brussel sprouts, haha :D It was really tasty, with al those veggies and chickpeas :)
