Now during the rest of the month - 8 hours to eat and 16 to fast for real. I've decided on 11:30am to 7:30pm for the food intake.
Except when I have an important breakfast meeting, I'll have only black coffee (and water of course) in the morning and breakfast will be at 11:30 or so every day. Still have to get my protein and fiber and watch out for sodium and only 2 servings of Vitamin K foods per week.
