After recording my goal weight for the first time on Saturday, I haven't been doing well. I think that I subconsciously sabotaged my own progress. I actually became worried that the weight was coming off too easily and it would be difficult to stop it. Well, I was totally wrong. After missing the mark several days, I ended up with a couple of pounds of weight gain and a bloated belly. My graph color is no longer in the blue and has returned to green after having been blue for 13 days in a row. I'm not a happy camper...

John, I too have had issues with a bloated stomach. On Sunday I started replacing dinner with a green shake. It's 1 apple, some apple cider vinegar, fresh ginger, ice, water and a scoop of green super food. I get the apple flavor and I love it! I've lost 4 pounds in 3 days. The apple cider vinegar is great for cleansing, removing toxins and with inflammation in the stomach & intestines. The fiber in the apple fills me up so that I am not hungry. Here's the link to the product that I am using: http://www.iherb.com/Garden-of-Life-Perfect-Food-RAW-Organic-Green-Super-Food-8-5-oz-240-g/18248?gclid=CjwKEAiA9uaxBRDYr4_hrtC3tW8SJAD6UU8GzoyZu5JSPxQGbMXI1l_xtay_UjKHIOXBXh6kKDvEKBoCmLTw_wcB. Hang in there!! The best part is that you get to start over and try again.

No worries, we all slip up, and if anybody here doesn't then I do it enough for several people. Just use it as motivation to be back in the blue!
